My current role encompasses that of a Business Partner to multiple business units in the technological vertical. My core responsibilities include:

Employee Engagement:

  • Connecting with associates through 1 on 1s and focus group discussions at regular intervals to provide updates, obtain feedback, identify pain areas and formulate change areas to address pain points
  • Connecting with managers on a 1 on 1 basis to obtain feedback. Observations and recommendations are shared with respective stakeholders to ensure improvement in the work environment
  • Facilitating skip-level workshops for associates
  • Business Unit level induction to new joiners across all grades to ensure a smooth transition into the organization culture and ways of working
  • Investigate and address concerns raised and maintain compliance of company policies
  • Partner with core Fun committee and provide necessary support

  • Lead roundtable discussions with senior leadership team on a quarterly basis with regards to promotions.
  • Validate and advice leaders with respect to off-cycle salary increment requests

Performance Management, Career Development and Learning & Development:

  • Leading the APAC Leadership Discussions program wherein I facilitate discussions on leadership topics. The program invites leaders to address aspiring leaders and share his/her experiences, learnings and inputs on various topics required for leadership roles.
  • Ensure all stakeholders adhere to the timelines with respect to performance management
  • Conduct workshops for leaders on performance management
  • Conduct dipstick survey to understand quality of goals and feedback provided.

In addition, I was the HR Generalist to the Managing Director and CXOs of Ericsson India. Wore multiple hats of HR Generalist, hiring partner and talent management during my tenure here.

HR Generalist:

  • Single point of contact and provide HR advice to the leadership team, managers and employees.

Hiring Partner:

  • Conducting behavioral and HR round of discussions for all R&D aspirants

Talent Management:
