Total amount past due (reinstatement) including late fees, property taxes, insurance, attorney’s fees, and all applicable fees
The information obtained from the servicer validation is guaranteed for a specific time and used by Case Managers to determine final eligibility
Complete review: Performing a complete review to make an eligibility determination
This review will consist of thoroughly reviewing the applicant file; verifying the hardship; making sure all forms are signed as required; verifying income; and reviewing the supporting documentation
Submit a complete recommended application to a Senior Case Manager.
