I worked in HR as an Administrator for three regions: APAC, EMEA, and CA-LATAM as a Senior Product Support Analyst.
Provides technical support for employees in policy-related and benefit-related queries, resolves their queries, documents and escalates complex cases, and creates learning programs, process toolkits, SOPs, and resource documents.
Partnered with the Darwin team and program managers to launch the Benefits Product in three countries, as well as transition existing ones and create a roadmap for new countries.
Owner of the APAC and CA-LATAM region, responsible for handling products for 22 countries, manual activities, annual activities, training new admins, closing payrolls, benefit windows, and performing data uploads to the database.
In APAC, I used to handle all manual activities, such as India anonymization, Sodexo weekly activities, Hong Kong rental receipt upload, and collection. Japan parking manual upload, China reports validation, WBR data, process managers, benefit windows updates, annual window updates, worked on Svastiya campaigns, weekly campaigns, branding and content, and working on daily tickets.
In CA-LATAM, I used to handle Process Managers monthly, bi-weekly, weekly, benefit window creation as per payroll periods, annual window creation as per payroll period, and worked on Brazil transportation voucher benefit sorted internally. Mexico meal voucher, and daily and weekly recurring campaign setup. Reimbursements related to queries, branding, content, and tile creation.
Collaborates with business managers and engineering teams (Darwin), performs UATs for new country launches, audits the Benefits documents, analyzes the specs, defines the product vision, and aligns it with business requirements.
Preparing time sheets to track employee productivity, and data consolidation of the team.

I have been in the part of the Open Enrollment period, where employees are instructed to select their benefits, if not, and introducing new plans and new titles for benefits.
I have implemented and worked on a project called CTI Item Change (Categorize - Human Resource Type - Benefit System Administration Item - Bugs, Errors, Issues). In this project, the employees have a specific item to select the cause of their inquiry related to bugs, errors, or issues: employee enrollment issues, bugs, errors, or issues related to payroll report issues, bugs, errors, or issues related to provider report issues, and bugs, errors, or issues related to SFTP issues.
SAML Rotation Project - as a system admin, we need to rotate a certificate that generates a federated link from external resources, such as vendors or stakeholders. The rotation that we are performing needs to be done simultaneously with the stokehold and vendor on a call.
Created SOPs for complex activities, such as working in the EMEA region for UK weekly 1, weekly 2, and monthly Process Manager closers. This activity is performed from 10 PM to 5 AM to monitor the process manager and update the pre-commit file at 3:30 AM after running the Boomi demographic file for employee file split and transfers file split. And created SOP's for some manual activities.
