· Managed budget value of 61.3 million USD (Approximately 288 Crore in INR in 2010-13) in AIDSLink International Social Security, Safety Net and Public Private Partnership project in Philippines

· Supervised 67 staffs in IMTS, 120 plus staffs in AIDSLink International Social Security, Safety Net and Public Private Partnership project.

· Developed and established sustainable partnerships with 32 NGOs across the country in AIDSLink International’s Social Security, Safety Net and Public Private Partnership project.

· Resolved more than 30 project implementation, MSME product quality, pricing, market linkage issues through consumer testing, resolved more than 60 plus fixed capital (machinery) product insurance settlement issues, several HR issues in last three assignments.

· Used Microsoft Excel and SPSS to develop three MIS trackers and 5 research reports (accepted by UGC approved and peer reviewed journals).

I have organized more than 100 Blood Donation Camps and donated blood 17 times in Odisha as a Life Member of Indian Red Cross Society, Odisha State Branch. The Purpose is to identify rare groups and develop a group wise network across the state and motivate them to donate their peers in need, to Thalassemia patients, pregnant women, old age people in need.
