• Assistant Manager, Enabled the IT Rationalization of a GCC country based real estate company : Conducted around 100 workshops with different stakeholders onsite to document the AS-IS state of the IT processes in the organization, Designed a detailed group-wide interim and target IT service delivery and operating model aligned with organization's goals and vision, Developed an implementable IT transformation roadmap outlining the list of prioritized initiatives to be undertaken considering the current budget, capacity and digital maturity
• Business Analyst, Enabled development of a digital loyalty program across 14 geographies for the Lubricants division of a global Oil and Gas major : Gathered the product requirements and documented them in form of user stories, JIRA epics and data flow diagrams. Created BRD wherever required in line with the toolkits recommended by the organization, Maintained the client's proprietary issue tracking software and took part in regular User Acceptance Testing in close collaboration with the QA team, Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to develop a RFP that met the needs of the business while staying within budget
• Business Analyst, Enabled digital modernization for the manufacturing, distribution and sales teams of a global Iron and Steel company : Interacted with and managed cross functional stakeholders in different verticals like manufacturing, supply chain and sales ranging from entry level sales executives to Vice President of the marketing division to understand their pain points, challenges and aspirations, Documented a master list of the existing legacy applications, identified the redundant ones and developed a framework to map the business values provided by all the existing applications, Worked in an agile environment for Software development taking active part in sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and maintaining a detailed product backlog
• Business Analyst, Enabled development of a digital solution for a government client to gather farmer related data, validate the data, streamline internal approval process and disburse their loans : Developed and managed the product backlog efficiently and re prioritized the backlogs after certain sprints to ensure timely delivery, Maintained a Risk Register to effectively track and monitor the identified risks throughout the software development life cycle, Co-led a taskforce with the analytics team to identify and define key product metrics that would help the client to gauge product performance
