  • Job involves verifying & processing field tickets of Service Companies (SLB, HAL, Baker Hughes etc) LFCs for various rig-less services provided by them to Saudi Aramco in Southern Area
  • Ensuring the Long Form & Mid Form Contract are closed on time
  • Preparing Final Release Agreement for contract close if all conditions are fulfilled by the contractor
  • Ensure Short Form Contract and Mid form contract threshold value is not exceeding and the time period
  • Create Service Entry Sheet in SAP against the RPO/PPO/MFC for job completed by the contractor to clear his payment

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports for analysis
  • Be part of the bid review team for any price negotiation for specialized jobs which requires sole source vendor

  • Prepare Saudization forecast showing the percentage trend of the contracts administered by UCAU for 5 years period
  • As a Segment head receive ESV (Entry Sheet Verification) from the Vendor and assign to respective Verifier in the Section
  • Apart from Segment head responsibilities also handle additional responsibilities of verifying ESVs(Entry Sheet Verification) received in the workflow from Contractors
  • Ensure the job log and time sheets match with hours/job done shown in the invoice and conditions stipulate in their respective contract schedule B,C,H & I are met
  • Ensure the invoice deductions are properly applied wherever applicable
  • Ensure contractor has applied e-invoicing with the correct (VAT) Value Added Tax percentage to his invoice
  • Assist the Verifiers to resolve complex issues that need the Segment head intervention
  • Conduct weekly meeting the group to know progress of invoices
  • Liaise with the proponent departments and Services Companies for resolving contentious issue
  • Liaise with Payable and Accounting Department for any delay in payment to contractor or any issues for hold in payment
  • Conduct counselling meetings with contractors periodically
  • Conduct weekly meeting with Compliance group staff to follow up on action items related to invoice processing and similarly, present a knowledge sharing topic on various contract matters and safety items
  • Attend monthly meeting as Segment head with the Supervisor to brief on any action items and for any new items that would require the concerned segment action
  • Provide innovation ideas on Contracting matters and upload them in the department website as it forms part of the KPI (Key Performance Indices) of the Admin
