Global Contingent Staffing Lead

  • Leading the Vendor management and Contingent Workforce ( External Resources) hiring and operations for SubCo Staffing Center of Excellence ( India, Rest of Asia, Australia and New Zealand regions) along with Europe regions.
  • Leading a cross cultural team of 60+ Vendor Management, External Resourcing & OBO professionals and spearheading the end-to-end Contract staffing ( Demand to Off boarding) functions across the specified regions.
  • Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Partnership, Client Engagement, Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), Supplier Performance Management, Savings, Process re-engineering and External fulfillment has been my my major responsibilities.
  • Responsible for providing strategic, quick and cost effective external staffing solutions ( SubContractor, Direct Contractor, FXTE & SOW) to the internal and external clients.
  • Onboarded 25000+ Contractors in India over the last 3.6 years.
  • Lead and successfully implemented the VMS ( SAP Fieldglass ) in India, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia and New Zealand.
  • Responsible for Developing, Directing, and coordinating the new fulfillment strategies, policies, procedures, and enhancement of existing vendor management processes by identifying the process gaps.
  • Leading the governance program for all he assigned counties in accordance with the SLA, KPIs.
  • Implementation the Global standard processes across the regions for better and standard outcome.
  • Initiated and Implemented the concept HRC/ TRC and developed rate cards across the countries. This turned out to be ground breaking step as far as savings is concerned.
  • Achieved rate card savings of 6.5 M Euro in 2023, out of which 3.1 Million Euro was P&L savings.
  • Introduction of Innovative savings measures, ie cash back, tenure discount , 0 payment for conversion, penalty on compliance failure has been implemented to boost savings.
  • Vendor Consolidation, identification and Induction of PSL suppliers to optimize the operational ease, improve productivity and to address the changed talent needs. Additionally Identify the future needs and identification of suppliers to address the needs well in advance. Streamlined the MSP and Pay rolling supplier program.
  • Implementation of FMS and Direct Sourcing programs to address the critical fulfillment needs, cost reduction and employee branding.
  • Working closely with compliance , legal, HR and finance teams to provide seamless staffing and operational experience to all the related stakeholders.
  • Managing the FXTE candidate onboarding process along with the Capgemini TA teams.
  • Coaching and development, and their performance management
  • Savings and cost optimization initiates to make contingent workforce more profitable
