  • Major decisions like what data visible on the dashboards, how organization structure should look like on the software, what kind of reports need to be downloaded, how to describe each dashboard view, how to track adoption of the software were to be taken and I played an important role by providing my point of view and insights
  • Over the course of 2 years the software was at a stage that provided all the data to its stakeholders in a desired manner and even adoption increased from 20% to 80%
  • I am responsible to ensure the metrics data is fed into the tool accurately
  • It is important to ensure accurate data because the managers would take an individuals' performance decisions based on the data shown on the dashboards
  • The manager dashboard provides various views to help managers take appropriate and meaningful decisions where they can compare each staff member to another or/and see how the team is performing over a course of time
  • Creating organization structure on the tool, making changes to the existing organization structure, addition or deletion of any team or an individual are few of the main tasks in a day
  • Data Integrity and standardization of productivity data of the users on the tool
  • I was responsible for migration of Implementation process from Enlighten OpeX, assisting the business post implementation
  • Providing Demos of the tool to the newly onboarded businesses, providing tool access
  • Handling Service Now Tickets, data upload and sanity check, reporting, internal audits, enhancements
  • The business raises a Service Now ticket that my team handles and resolve
  • The tickets vary from addition of a staff/manager, removing of a staff/manager due to moving from the team/organization, providing access to the tool etc
  • Implementation process is an important task that my team took up recently
  • This task was performed by Enlighten Consultants but eventually it was supposed to be taken care by Enlighten Ops Team (my current team)
  • One of my core responsibilities was to ensure the data that is fed into the tool
  • I perform Audit checks with the help of data on the tool through various reports available
  • Reaching out to stakeholders across different hierarchy to ensure the accurate data is fetched and inputted into the software for consumption
  • I have documented the activities of the process in the form of SOPs to ensure no step is missed while performing audit checks by other team members in my absence

  • As part of Enlighten Ops Team, I have to ensure all the businesses on the software have 1 FLM (Front Line Manager)
  • FLM is one point of contact who can be reached out for any further concerns or clarifications that we may require

  • Investigation of open aged breaks/transactions and tracking the resolution with the close coordination of on shore and the core accounting team and liaising with the fund managers for statements and investigating with the ledgers system, reporting to core accounting team for variances

  • Under cash reconciliations, I used to review and provide signoffs for accounting transactions which breaches specific threshold

  • Perform Matching and sourcing the breaks to hubs for further investigation

  • Reach out to the agent and custodians to get the missing statements
  • Monitor daily and monthly reporting requirements to ensure department deliverables are met

  • I have also managed to work for different sub processes in custody like Global Custody, Collateral Management, Unit Trust and Fund Services (Boston Reconciliation)

  • Also looked into post settlement activities between JPM books with Custodians through MT535 and MT536 SWIFTS
