• To perform activities that assist accurate and periodic on time GL closure for assigned Business unit, reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts, resolve outstanding open items to help in ensuring correctness of financial statements and contribute for improving the quality of deliverables by guiding the team members on process, including reconciliations. The Key tasks would include:

Accounting and Controllership: -

• Directed the month-end close process, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of financial book closures.
• Supervised the preparation and posting of journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, amortization, depreciation, costplus and bank transactions etc.,
• Ensured compliance with ASC 842 standards in lease accounting.
• Conducted comprehensive analysis of profit and loss items on a monthly and quarterly basis, implementing necessary adjustments and corrections.
