As a PMO manager of Punjab state I am responsible for coordination and management of major projects of Mast/Tower, Intracity Fibre. NLD fibre rollout and FTTX Backhaul readiness.

  • Scope Management- Having clear understanding and record of the released scope, working on it for feasible part of the scope, and sharing with the Area Heads and working teams for further course of action. Highlighting the non -feasible/issue part of scope to respective stakeholders for resolutions and follow up until they come into feasible/workable part of the scope. Keep following up and updating the progress on scope progress, BTG and completion with Statewise, CMP wise and Engineer wise performance and publishing it to state level and central management.

Data Management-

  • Managing released scope, Preparing the project performance data with scope, progress, forecast, achievement and target and and Analyzing the key productive areas and areas of improvement.
  • Preparing and assigning Monthly and Quarterly Liquidation plan and sharing the team and support them to achieve and deliver the targets.

  • Played a vital role in the migration of ROW payments and Material processing in ERP flow for invoice entry, validations, and approvals. This helped to bring down the TAT of 20-5 days of DN processing to 4 days of delivery, in turn helping the execution team a head start of 15 Days.
