  • Managing Client relationship by partnering with them in establishing timely Invoicing structure specially in case of multiple regional legal entities and currencies, Transparent and fair exchange of requested information
  • Enabling smooth reverse transitions: Tracking team release as per plan, PMO budget recoveries, timely collections, closure of ongoing cost allocations/ POs, etc.
  • Planning & Analysis: Instrumental in the creation of the Annual Operating Plan and subsequent Forecasts for the entire P&L, including key reviews and follow ups with functional leaders
  • Instrumental in the creation of various commercial model; formulation of complete commercial construct from customer perspective through Outcome Based/ Transaction Based/FTE Based models, to ensure end to end deal closure
  • Cross-functionally coordinating with Sales, Solutions, Operations, Legal to structure commercials strategy based on solution
  • Creation of business case with client to partner with them and meet their end to end requirements. Utilizing analytical skills to understand the business requirement along with informed and accurate pricing decisions, including margin computation, market comparison
  • Contract Negotiations: Pricing Analysis/Negotiation for new RFPs and existing contract renewals, Mid-term negotiations Rates benchmarking
