• Led the product team of Network Predictive Analytics to deliver and execute pilots across Global customers such as ZIG, BMS. This is the first AI solution which BT offered to its customers for predictive network monitoring to avoid financial impact for customer service.

• As Program lead for Global Data Acceleration program, ingested 80% of critical data onto GCP across business domains such as Network, Service Assurance, Billing, and ordering in alignment with target data model to meet the business analytics demand.
• Collaborated with cross CIO teams including Engineering, Integration, architecture to streamline Data ingestion process as part of DA and achieved FY2223 KPI with 80% critical data ingested.
• As program manager implemented multiple enhancements across network and L2C business domain to fix data corruption issues/process to achieve 3.5 DCAM score.
• Leading the E2E program/product journey making sure that right outcomes are delivered for customers within time, budget, and quality, this includes proactive capacity planning, financial governance (capex/Opex), Quality Assurance, Program Governance
• A key SME in the tender process that helped consolidate Data & AI partner estate from 14 to 2 strategic partners.
• Experienced in collaborating with Legal and procurement teams to onboard partners for product delivery adhering to organizations legal and compliance guidelines and ensuring the right data & AI governance across our product portfolio.

• Managing the team of backend & integration module for mobile application development compatibility. Implemented the Agile best practices across the program to enable faster, customer centric delivery and effective program governance.

• Led the delivery of Integration platform for UIDAI.

• End to End delivery manager for AT n T Billing Systems overseeing a team of 20+ resources and managing Project Governance, Quality assurance, project finances for quarterly deliveries.
