Company Overview: Kfintech's Xalt is a first-of-its-kind platform for the administration of Alternative Investment Funds. It provides a secure and regulated interconnected financial ecosystem. This project enables Asset Management Companies (AMCs) to achieve seamless, secure, and future-ready operations, including client and investor onboarding, transaction record management, and communication.
Daily Stand-ups: Facilitated and led daily Scrum meetings for improved team coordination, addressed blockers promptly, and encouraged open communication to align on sprint goals.
Sprint Planning & Retrospectives: Coordinated sprint planning and retrospective sessions to define scope, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas for ongoing team development.
Agile Methodology Adherence: Ensured teams followed Agile principles and SAFe practices, promoting consistency and delivering value through iterative progress.
Obstacle Removal: Proactively identified and removed impediments by collaborating with stakeholders, reducing delivery bottlenecks, and maintaining momentum.
