A dynamic professional with diverse experience of more than 6 years, currently working in the PMO team to support projects relating to internal controls. - Managing internal control platform user access and roles as per the requirement for Auditors and internal controls - Managing set up and system support for Self-Assessment Campaign (Project Creation, Entity structure update etch) - Maintaining and managing tool templates and customized reports for end user along with level 2 Support for any functional issues related to the tool. - Determine Best use of tool and work with vendor to deploy enhancement to ensure it is fit for purpose - Preparing tool resources and training - Providing information to the client in response to inquiries about interest rate, calculation of charges, account history, credit score and requests about their credit cards. - Checking payment transaction details and transferring balance and solving issues related to refund based on client request. - Ensure clients & internal stakeholder's requirements are resolved in accordance with the SLA - Maintain records for client interaction, recording details including the actions taken on every request. - Handling costumer escalation regarding Order and payment. - Worked as a part of social media escalations team. - Coordinate with internal team to provide appropriate solution to customer.
