o Key Deliverables

▪ Performing Basel III calculations on a monthly and / or daily basis to the agreed Collaboration Agreement with the Regulatory team for all FSA and FINMA entities

▪ Analyzing month over month movement on provision shortfall and provide commentary.

▪ Understanding FINMA/ PRA Capital Adequacy rules and how the rules are applied to production.

▪ Provide assistance to other team members to ensure timely and accurate daily reports are completed and distributed to clients

o General tasks

▪ Provide documentation on the template procedures quarterly.

▪ Provide sufficient supporting documentation to support compliance requirements.

▪ Reconciliation of capital templates and strategic/ automated data.

• Preparation of Income tax Return and Accounts Finalisation for clients (both Individual and P.v.t Ltd Companies).
• Preparation of loan project report and calculation of various Ratios, Online GST registration Application and Return Filing, Tax Auditing (form 3CB-3CD&3CA-3CD).
• Preparation of financial Statements (for corporates and co-operative societies), Online TDS Return filing and 15CA form filing for Non-resident transactions.
• Assisting the firm in Bank audit & statutory audits, Legal compliance check for companies.

• Created models to forecast future prices of derivatives based on historical data.
• Analyzed market data to assess price movements, trends and volatility.
