- Established Technical Material Requirement for Stress Relaxation Cracking occurs in High thick stainless steel

- Documented and resolved leakage of Waste heat boiler which led to continuous operation in Ammonia Plant without further leakage.
- Achieved benchmark productivity in Internal Bore Welding through effectively developing single welding programme for varied sulphur content tube resulted in project schedule advancement by more than 3 month.

- New welding procedure such as High Speed ESW for Weld Overlay , Submerged Arc welding with Long Stick out Technique, Hot Wire AC - GTAW for Pure Nickel and Monel-400 weld overlay has resulted in more than 100% improvement in productivity
- Developed Arc Spot welding technique using Hydrogen Shielding Gas for Export Critical Nuclear Product, resulted in 80 lacs of saving and eliminated post weld cleaning operation.
