  • Part of Organizational Task force for Improving Product competitiveness in Exotic Metallurgy Heat Exchanger
  • Established Technical Material Requirement for Stress Relaxation Cracking occurs in High thick stainless steel
  • Collaborated with team of 3 in the recertification of ISO 9001:2015 and AD-2000.
  • Documented and resolved leakage of Waste heat boiler which led to continuous operation in Ammonia Plant without further leakage.
  • Achieved benchmark productivity in Internal Bore Welding through effectively developing single welding programme for varied sulphur content tube resulted in project schedule advancement by more than 3 month.
  • Achieved 18 crore saving by evaluating critical client requirements and suggesting mitigation plan.
  • New welding procedure such as High Speed ESW for Weld Overlay , Submerged Arc welding with Long Stick out Technique, Hot Wire AC - GTAW for Pure Nickel and Monel-400 weld overlay has resulted in more than 100% improvement in productivity
  • Developed Arc Spot welding technique using Hydrogen Shielding Gas for Export Critical Nuclear Product, resulted in 80 lacs of saving and eliminated post weld cleaning operation.
  • Awarded for New Improvement Initiative in Robotic Welding which lead to more than 100% improvement in productivity whilst maintaining quality.
  • Established SOPs for Bolt Material Selection based on various service requirements such as NACE, Steam, Amine
  • Alternate material for waste heat boiler resulted in 5% cycle time reduction and 2% cost reduction.
  • Supported Customer for Technical Requirement establishment for equipment in LNG plant resulted in avoiding project delay of more than 6 months.
