• Built the Central Planning and Analysis team in India that has transformed over the last 8 years from a one member team working on automation and transformation to a diverse 15 member team supporting all core Finance functions, expense management, client profitability management and financial data analytics
• The Data Analytics team worked on building a broad range of dashboards and forecast models in Qliksense and Tableau that would be used by various other sub line of business teams and C- Suite Executive Summaries respectively

• The overall product gave an end-to-end IT support for the various Insurance clients right from the time the policy document is received to when the claims the processed
• The reporting module would include various operational, transactional/ exception and Compliance reporting for each of these clients on a fixed frequency
• The reports would cover various areas like Finance, Taxation, Compliance, Annuities, Life, Patriot Act, Support Services, SLA Reporting, etc
• As part of an initiative, we have started developing data-marts and dashboards on various areas which will help better visualize the historical data and help the end users to identify patterns and take correct business decisions

• The Data Services space is primarily used by the Marketing, Pre-Sales & Operations teams to analyze the data which would help them make informed decisions
• The data warehouse was also used for analytics which helped the client get better prospects for the events they handle

• Deliver the Product Line Profitability every month which involved calculating the profitability of each event conducted by the client based on the time effort put in by each employee and other expenses related to that particular event

• Financial Reporting is a multi-dimensional database system that provides financial information on Blockbuster Stores and their performance in various countries
