Prepare quality plans and QA documents. In-process inspection and first-piece approval.
Inspection support for development activities.
Look after the daily activities and planning, and update the customer reviews.
Provides Process Improvement Feedback to Management regarding inspection methods and criteria. In addition, performs root cause analysis and assists in determining and implementing appropriate preventative and corrective actions.
Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; and confirming re-work.
Coordinate rejections, scrap, and rework parts and communicate with related teams.
Involved in rejection analysis for in-house quality issues.
Working closely with Development, Production team, and Safety to ensure smooth and safe production line facilities.
Working on alternatives to handle new and existing products effectively.
Implementation of the Kaizen and 5S concepts while in the working area.
Coordination with the team for effective output.
Follow ethics policies and safety rules and regulations.
Overall responsible for NDE testing (MPI, UT, PT, VT)& Report relies.
Overall responsible for coating applications like antifriction industrial coating, and phosphate coating.
Looks after all blasting activities including aluminum grit blasting, shot blasting, shot peening, glass bead peening.
Involved in technical reviews of new developing components.
Look after HVOF (High-Velocity Oxy-Fuel coating), Nedox, copper plating, electroless nickel plating, QPQ process, hard phasing, and laser cladding.
Developed and implemented quality control processes to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
Conducting audits to identify potential issues in the production process and take corrective action.
Training to team members on quality standards and ensuring they are implemented.
Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action to improve customer satisfaction.
Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Developed critical parts like Steering Headcollar, Lateral Pad, Bend Housing, Remer body, and Flow diverter.
Record keeping of quality-related issues such as COPQ and NCR.
Overall responsible for the special process qualification for the new development projects.
Ensuring that all control measures and procedures are documented, and implemented and that they fully comply with the requirements.
Educating the team personnel in Quality Management System requirements.
Actively participates in the Audits for New as well as re-certifications such as API Q1, 5CT, 7-1 audit, and customer audits.
Executed new development projects such API upper section, Mandrel, Bent housing, Plunger, Collars for Halliburton, Whip stock, and Packer assembly for Wellbore Integrity solutions.
