· Define and document project scope, objectives and desired outcome

• Managing the overall Order to Cash process for EMEA Global operations including Customer onboarding, Cash Application, Collections, Credit Management, Project accounting & Billing

• Design, Revisit, Re-Baseline the SLAs & Performance Metrics on as & when basis
• Operational excellence - governance, weekly utilization, project prioritization, resource optimization, transformation etc
• Collaborate, build and manage relationships with internal teams such as Sales, Sales Support, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Business systems and ensure the end to end chain of events is taken care of

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations, and information security standards
• Collect and provide data required for various internal as well as external audits
• Partner with Human Resources to handle client engagement staffing levels, develop employees, and manage performance issues and/or gaps, succession planning and employee retention
