Talent Acquisition:
o Directly in touch with director for developing and executing talent capital strategies for seamless workflow of business.
o Recruiting manpower for entire group of companies for all level (blue caller to VP) for all departments.
o Sourcing potential resources from LinkedIn, Facebook, Naukri, Indeed, Times jobs, Quikr jobs, OLX jobs, through consultancy firms or vendors and also from referencing or head hunting where needed.
o Responsible for 1st step screening to get the cream human resources and coordinating with concern HODs or MD sir for final selection or interview round.
o After completion of interview procedure, collecting relevant experience documents or all professional documents for salary negotiation.
o After selection and mutual agreement on salary, issuing offer letter and process for on boarding.
Employee Relation and retention:
o Conducting induction for new joiners.
o Motivating employees with various activity, counselling, raising the issue to management.
o Handling grievances and disciplinary actions. (in person and group discussion as well with the immediate supervisor).
o Visiting branches to maintain a relationship to the employees, also collecting reference from the existing employees to prepare a database of manpower as backup / pipeline.
Payroll and compliance:
o Preparing salary (manual) from excel with the help of live location tracker and attendance for over 1800 employees (including all levels).
o Sending the salary data for approval from Director and after approval, sending the same to accounts department.
o Preparing salary slips.
o Registering / updating new joiners and updating KYC in PF, ESI website
HRBP responsibilities:
o Employee engagement activities.
o Conducting induction.
o PIP discussion.
o Group discussion with employee and stakeholders.
o Responsible from on boarding till exit.

Talent Acquisition:
o Looking after sourcing and Recruiting Internal resources through Naukri, Consultant and Referencing.

HR Operations:
