Role: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, R13 Support

· Provide extensive support for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Expense modules in Oracle Finance Fusion.

· Effectively handle and resolve user-logged issues related to various financial processes.

· Conduct training sessions for business users on Fusion Financials to enhance their understanding and proficiency.

· Prioritize and work on Service Requests (SRs) based on their urgency, ensuring timely resolution of critical financial issues.

· Take charge of Change Requests (CRs), overseeing the deployment of new changes related to reports and setups.

MOVIN Express Private Limited (Aug-22 to July-23)

Role: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, R13 Implementation & Support

Project Description

MOVIN is a logistics joint venture brand between UPS and Inter Globe Enterprises which is created to connect Indian businesses through agile, reliable & predictable shipping.

· Worked on General Ledger (GL) module and performed the setups like configuring chart of account, Calendar, currencies and setting up Primary Ledger, LE's, BU etc.

· Fixed Asset Configuration -Define Key Flex field, Asset Classification, Asset categories, Asset Book.

· As part of implementation project, involved in running the functional Test scripts to validate the process flows in GL, AP, AR modules.

· Post Go live onsite support for finance modules.

· Used FBDI, Import/Export template for bulk upload of Oracle Financial Modules Master setups data and transaction data.

· Prepared the various documents as per the project requirement like MC-050 and AN100.

· Prepared required document for project implementation. Tested the end-to-end flow of financials.

· Prepared Balance Sheet Reports using FRS (Financial Reporting Studio)

· Provide Post Production Support for all Financials Modules

Pride Mobility, Dubai (Nov-20 to May-22)

Role: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, R13 Implementation

Project Description

Pride Mobility Products Corporation designs and manufactures personal mobility products for people with disabilities. Pride Mobility Products Corporation was founded in 1986 and is based in Exeter, Pennsylvania

· Implementing the full cycle of all financial modules in Fusion Dev & Test & Production instance.

· For bulk data upload like values of COA, Ledger, LE's, Business unit etc. used Rapid implementation feature of Oracle Fusion.

· As part of implementation project, involved in running the functional Test scripts to validate the process flows in GL, AP, AR modules

· Post-Go-live offshore support for finance modules.

· Implemented the GL, AP Module End to End functional setups & configurations in Dev & Test & Production instance.

· Involved in the GL Balances & Transaction data conversions.

· Performed various functional setups, configuration and testing of AR module.

· Successfully configured the lookups & functional setups for AR Integration's (Inbound & Out bound). Played significant role in system Integration testing. Tested the entire process of Receivables transfer to GL.

OmniMax International, Inc. (Aug-19 to Oct-20)

Role: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, R12 Support

Project Description

OmniMax International, Inc. manufactures building and transportation products using aluminum, steel, vinyl, copper, and fiberglass.

· Supporting the Installed product of Oracle financials R12

· Handling the tickets. resolving the issues on day-to-day basis on priority.

· Undertaking all steps necessary to satisfactorily closure of the tickets raised by clients

· Interacting with Project manager on daily and weekly basis and submitting status report

· Handling situations for run time problems and suggesting the work around.

· Involved for Month End Process Activates and Reconciliations

· Involved for Status calls and reconciliation issues.

· Prepared Solution documents all tickets and uploaded in Share folders

· Involved Data base patches testing in DEV instance to check the impact process

· Oversaw Accounts Receivables, Payables, and Bank Reconciliation, including centralized Payroll preparation.
