• Actively worked on getting signoff for the transition from another vendor for all BW/BPC/SAC - BAU activities.
• BW-SAC: Supporting all the BAU activities W.R.T incident management, RITM requests, change management(standard and Normal), Transports management, Data load activities which includes all scheduled(daily, monthly) and Ad-hoc requests
• Actively involved with Clients to identify information needs and Business

• CHARM/CHG creation and the documentation process until the change is deployed in production along with ALM and Solman usage.

• Overview on the SuccessFactors interface and portlets, API structures and the integration techniques to BW.
• BPC:
• Daily, monthly BAU activities like DM package prompt updates, data loads and other yearly activities for consolidations.
• Working with System owner and Business Process owners for BPC, in identifying the requirements, finalizing the estimates and delivery management.
• Explored EPM functions in monitoring jobs, developing reports and input forms.
• Actively involved with onshore, onsite team, clients in Calls.
• Worked on Script Logic enhancements and Calculations to support business requirements.
• Involved in configuring dimensions and Master data from BPC end.
• Updating Data Manager Packages and transformation for daily and monthly activities.

SAP BI/BW: Created and monitored process chains that load data from ECC to BW that have different types of source types and target types.

• Also worked on different info areas, info objects, DSO's, DTP's and other components that make a part in BI/BW and also support the users regarding the incidents(service now) raised for the BW issues.
• SAP BO (WEBI) Updated and supported the reports as required by the users and accordingly working on those reports when there were changes and any technical issues identified by the users.
• These reports are used by the users for the analysis of financial data, HR data, Sales data, and other accounting data.
