In 2020, from OBajan plant,, I was promoted as Pllant Director and shifted to Senegal opperations to optimiize the plant.

This plant was of 1MTPA capacity producing way beloow forcing the management to import clinker.

Ihave opptimiized the plant. reduces the break downs and produced clnker exceeding iits capacity.

By the time I left we had surplus clinkr of 30,000MT

• Oversaw compliance with environmental regulations by closely monitoring emissions levels and developing corrective action plans when necessary.

I was in charge of all four lines of 6000TPD each and could improve loesche Rawmills fom rated 550 to 730TPH and was gi ven best technical performance award by Management.

Installed HURRICLONE IN cooler vent system as a stop gap arrangement, overcome many hurdles as the plant was stopped due to pollution issues for almost 7 years.

Another challenge was to install cement ill nnear jetty whose parts were buries underssand, We dug th eplarts out and comissioned this system, where FLS expressed it inability. We successfully comissioned with inhouse modification to the feed systemm of roller press under my guidance.
