Worked as an Account manager and handled accounts for UK based NHS trust hospitals was taking care of the client requirements interms of recruitment of nurses as per demand . I was the point of contact for different clients in UK.One of the key responsibilities was to understand the needs of each client I worked with.
Worked for more that an year with ICG medical as a healthcare recruiter. As a part of the international recruitment team, I take care of sourcing of candidates (health care professionals) who are willing to relocate to UK. The entire process comprises of screening and short listing of the candidate basis the experience and the requirement of the client. Once the candidate is selected, I also take care of the entire compliance process which includes collection of relevant documents, booking the flight tickets and escorting the professionals from airport the hospital (post arrival in the UK).I am individually handling one of the clients and is held responsible for end to end client servicing. I have also assisted in the on boarding procedures of the nurses and health care professionals
In NIIT Ltd, I worked as AM Client services, wherein my job responsibilities included dealing with international client (SHELL) and managing their internal trainings for their employees and providing end to end satisfaction. I also have expertise in hosting virtual training sessions on platforms like Skype, Kaltura , Webex and MS teams. I also took care of On boarding, training and coaching new hires on product and various other required aspects of operations/process and was handling a team of 10 employees. My role was to facilitate hiring of applicants & prospective new employees for Genpact and IFBI. This included interviewing them over the phone to test their grammar, pronunciation, thought process and overall ability of the candidates to converse in English. These sessions also included training & coaching over the phone to arrive at a decision with regard to the potential of the prospective employee. Besides this I often had to visit various job fairs & campus recruitment drives in person, interact with Genpact HR personnel & recruiters present there, and interview the candidates face to face in order to select them basis their language skills and profile as mentioned. Post the initial interview to determine the English language skills of the candidates, the new hires were placed in training batches. The training batches were for a minimum of one month where the candidates were assessed to check their progress on a regular basis. My job role also included conducting mid & post assessments for these training batches to confirm progress of the candidates and ascertain if they were ready to move to the next level and be suitable to join a process.
Worked with GEEKS SQUARE as a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT for approx 3years. I used to give floor support to a team of 10 people who were working for a US Tech up selling Process. Apart from giving Floor support I also used to give feedbacks to the agents on how to improve on soft skills and also Process related information. Also because of excellent communication skills I also gave sessions on improving spoken English. I also acted as a team leader and handled a team of 10 people.
Working with S2 Infotech Pvt ltd was totally a different profile as I was deputed to ERTL (Electronics regional and test laboratory)as a programmer on contractual basis. I used to take care of the MIS of the laboratory and also performed calibration of instruments.
While working In NIIT smart serve, I worked for a UK outbound survey process(B2C).I used to call UK customers and asked them to answer a general household questionnaire. The questionnaire comprised of about 150 general questions.
