  • Project 1 : Reserve Bank of India (RBI) (SAP HCM)

Handing the daily tickets assigned related to OM, PA, Time Management, Posting Module, deputation module, HR Services, Rajbhasha, etc. on day basis and reporting the same to the management team of HRMD, Co.

Understanding and documenting the existing business blueprint (As Is), gathering requirements, and preparing the blueprint for the new business process (To Be).

Configuring the Organizational Management, Personnel Administration & Time Management.

Creation and updating of LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench) along with import and export projects.

Activating the Fiori tiles with the help of the technical team and configuring the system as per the requirement and preparing the FS document when custom development is needed.

Configuring the tiles like Leave Validation, IT Declaration, Claim Reimbursement, Travel Management, E-Separation, Performance Management System (PMS), etc.

Assigning the ESS roles to the employees and ESS & MSS roles to the approvers.

Design the custom fields on the ESS screen and maintain the multiple levels of the approver process.

  • Project 2 : Reserve Bank of India (RBI) (S/4 Hana Migration, & Support Project)

Participate in the planning phase of the migration project. This involves assessing the current system landscape, understanding business requirements, and defining the scope of the migration.

Configure the S/4 HANA system based on the business requirements, like setting up company codes, organizational structures, master data, and other system components.

  • Project 3 : Delhaize BE SAP Application (SAP HCM)

Understanding and documenting the existing business blueprint (As Is), gathering requirements, and preparing the blueprint for the new business process (To Be).

Configuring the Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, and Payroll.

Designing custom reports like payslips, Attendance Reports, OT reports, etc as per the client's requirement.

Configuring the positive time management and Biometric Integration through third-party API.

Activating the ESS & MSS for direct Leave Application along with on behalf of leave apply function.

Worked on data transfer from one system to another system using Idoc. Worked on PMS for changing appraise of associates.

  • Project 4 : Tata Consultancy Services (SAP HCM)

1. International Payroll (Around 40 expat countries) :-

Enhancement and support of International payroll which consists of around 40 expat countries.

Handling monthly payroll activities of International Payroll like running payroll, hiring or resignations of employees.

Handling monthly expensing activities of International payroll, like checking associates payment.

Handling and providing support to user queries and issues, like regarding associates salary credit or final settlement.

2. UK Expat payroll :-

Handling Pre-payroll, Payroll and Post Payroll activities.

Handling and Providing support to user queries and issues.

Worked on different action types like Hiring, Termination, Organizational Change,Change of Pay Start and Stop pay etc.

Created wage types and check wage type group for basic pay, additional payments & recurring payments.

Defined and maintained Date & Period Modifiers to change payment dates as per requirement.
