o Worked on impact analysis of Asia Pac customer data migration on different ordering tools and related web tools used in Cisco.

o Analyzing development efforts required for data migration activities and other tools related code changes. Also verifying if there are any functionality changes in the tools by this data migration.

o Worked on Support, Maintenance and Enhancements of Selectica Configuration System which is integrated with Oracle Apps 11i (BOM & Inventory) and few other front-end Tools.

o Monitor and resolved support cases submitted through Alliance Remedy system. Analysis against issues reported for the application.

o Comply with Cisco standard procedures, formats & tools.

o Track the status of each bug or enhancement request that come in through the Alliance system ensure that the request is either closed and re-tested or scheduled for a later release.

o Assist in QA and UAT support of applications with the Support team and business representatives as required. The bulk of the work in this area surrounds the support and maintenance of the Global infrastructure systems to ensure smooth flow of the data from and to the business.

o Co-ordinate with Off-shore Team to resolve issues and communicating new changes in the production system. Plan and coordinate with the Application development group during version release/deployment and support transition for new applications.
