- ISO 17025:2017 External Lead and Technical Assessor. Audited 175+ labs in INDIA for their Quality and Technical systems.
- Heading the sustainability drive here in INDIA while participating in these discussions internationally for KROHNE.
- Worked & trained engineers on one of the biggest calibration setups for electro-magnetic flowmeters in Asia. Visited the parent company, at Netherlands, and shared the understanding of calibration process.
- Maintained and improved ISO 17025:2017 (NABL) accreditation scope in our Flow Laboratories.
- Coordinated with other depts. such as Manufacturing, Customer support, Engineering and Quality by actively participating in all the projects for the improvement of the organization.
- Designed Uncertainty templates using Statistical tools.
- Calibration of flowmeters, Master Rigs and Vessels, their upkeep and maintenance.
- Handling ISO 17025, ISO 9001 Audits, EHS-OHSAS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Handling safety inspections and audits. (IMS – Quality)
- R&D’s and fault-finding analysis.
- Handling customer complaints
- Handling dynamic situations and trends for customer delights hence enhances the market share and reputation of the company.

- Guided the organization through the changes in the Laboratory i.e. from Proprietary to Pvt. Ltd , NABL IOI accreditation to ISO 17025. Implemented improved techniques.
- Evaluated Measurement Uncertainties and prepared software for the same.
- Developed ERP system for the whole Lab., which included Measurement Uncertainties Certification, commercial data handling and Managerial Information System.
- Conducted detailed audits (Technical & Quality System) and Reviews
- Managed the commercial & Marketing Dept. and showed revenue growth.
- The Laboratory boasted a wide range of diversified calibration processes from mechanical, electrical, pressure, thermal and torque.
