Engaged as Project Lead in Retrofitted Life science Research & Development center with a budget of USD 11.3 Million and Built-up area of 45,000 SQFT.

• The Project was one of Finalist in "Project Management team" Category at RICS South Asian Awards of 2023.
• Completed the project with achieving 4.41% of overall savings.
• Achieved 650,000 safe man hours, with zero LTI & zero Covid-19 cases.

• Engaged as Cost Manager/Commercial Auditor of industrial Biotech Plant of area more than 470,000 SQFT and Capacity of 3 kilo liter production
• Audited Running assessment bills worth more than USD 9.7 Million and administered non-tender items worth USD 1 Million with respect to agreed terms of contract
• Assisted and coordinated with client's project team with contract closure and helped client to reduce supply chain expenses by more than 6% by negotiating with vendors.

• Worked in the role of Assistant Project Manager for Data Centre with construction area of 450,00 SQFT and Capacity of 36 MW .
• Supported project lead with contract administration processes of worth USD 20.86 Million till the final contract closure.

Engaged in a role as Assistant project lead for an Industrial building and Automotive Research & Development Centre having construction area of 6,000 SQFT and 50,000 SQFT area respectively

Roles & responsibilities includes Project Management, Validation of RA Bills & Design Coordination.

• Worked as Senior Quantity surveyor for project 1725 Beds Indira Gandhi multi-specialty Hospital having construction area of approx 1.6 million SQFT
• Performed quantity survey activity for structural works (98000 Cum RCC) to prepare cost estimates for projects and to complete project billing
• Lead team of 3 engineers to perform Bar Bending Schedule and Reconciliation process for 19000 metric tons of reinforcement
• Lead team of 3 semi-skilled supervisors to manage reinforcement yard for smooth by reducing wastage within limit.

• Worked as Site Engineer & Billing Engineer in RSB Project Limited
• Performed Quantity Survey/Bar Bending Schedule process for structures such as staff quarter, TTE running room, Staff running room, Ground level reservoir, Diesel Sheds, CC roads, Station buildings for 3 tenders T7, T8 & T9 for all stations from Ajmer to Palanpur
• (350 Km Stretch) Assisted Manager to submit monthly running bills
• Prepared monthly, weekly cost reports.
