Release A: Implementation of the Lloyds TSB Integrated Counter System (ICS) into Halifax and Bank of Scotland branches

Release B: This creates one common mortgage sales system, one common back-office system and one common set of processes, taking the best from both heritages. This rollouts Mortgage Sales Platform (MSP) to Lloyd’s branches and supporting processing teams
