• Sourcing stable, aesthetically valued, cost-effective, and user-friendly packaging material in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Handling the entire process of Packaging material sourcing from the stage of conceptualization to implementation. Evaluating, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers, leading regional supplier development.
• Develop & Implement SOP for Packaging Development. Effectively install cost monitoring mechanism to trace and track the price of commodities which directly or indirectly affect the cost of packaging.
• Negotiate contracts for Chemicals, Closures, and Sleeves Carton etc. Working out the basis of cost for sleeves, tapes, getting into value engineering for having a better hold on negotiations.
• Ensuring minimum variance of Packing Material, Chemicals & Consumables at all the locations. Solving all issue regarding inventory management at plant. Take the lead in developing and promoting new packaging innovation.

• Handle all the material management functions with Procurement like Stores & Inventory, Logistics Operations related to Procurement & Expediting.
• Manage and handle all suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality as well as Procurement related special requisitions & report to Deputy General Manager.
• Handling Procurement for R & D projects & turnkey projects with optimum level of System Handling errors.
• Handling Import & Domestics Procurement with Compliance Objective of Various International Standards like CE, PED, ISO, IEC etc.
• Handle & Manage sourcing options for existing & new requirement of products & services from Import & Domestics Segment.
• Handle all the functions of Procurement with Develop and implement procurement strategies based on portfolio analysis and supplier preference study in order to meet cost saving data.
• Handling Procurement for various engineering products like Rubber Products, Pumps, Motors, Steel raw materials, Fasteners, Electrical & Electronics items, Industrial Electronics items, Packaging Material & other bought out items etc.
• Having Strong Negotiate Skill with suppliers on lead time, cost and quality as well as Provide continuous process improvement with preventive & corrective actions to facilitate operational efficiency of organization as a procurement & quality team member.
• Create and performing monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements and suppliers to drive continuous improvements.
