Operations

• Issuing release order to customer based on their requirement and container availability.
• Issuing Off-hire acceptance order to customer while customer is returning the container.
• Preparing rental Invoice ar per the on-hire inventory.
• Preparing Inventory report in all over location.
• Monitoring the Daily activity from the depot (In, Out and Repair)
• Co Ordination with customer & Depot for unit On-hire and Off-hire.
• Preparing Sale agreement.
• Domestication IGM process coordinating with agent for importing new build containers from China.
• Re-export detail follow-up for exported units.

Repair and Maintenance

• Verifying the Estimation prepared by depot.
• Follow up with marketing agent to get the repair approvals for the estimation prepared by depot.
• Analyze the estimation and issue job order to depot to repair the container and available for next pick-up.
• Repair control of all over India as well as foreign countries (Over all 27 Depot).
• Maintain the inventory depends upon the requirement of location.
• Co-ordination with shipping company for On-hire, Off-hire and repair approvals.
• Verifying on-hire & off-hire survey reports.
• Conducting Depot Audit (Yearly).
• Segregation of unit from the total stock (Depends upon the condition).
• Selling of segregated units.
• Frequent visit to depot to inspect the unit condition physically.
• Generating report related MNR activities like repair completion time, Estimation period and Accuracy of estimation etc.
• Preparing Annual report related to repair cost.
• Preparing depot performance report.
• Evaluating depot tariff (Yearly).
• Monitoring and fulfilling the ACEP process (Approved Continuous Examination Program).
• Co-Ordination with Bureau Veritas auditor at the time of ACEP Audit.
• Coordination with Manufacturing Industries in China while New Production.
• Checking and finalizing the design specification and drawing for New Production.
