• Utility and Maintenance
• Power management: Handling electrical distribution of 2000KVA (1600 KW) Euro Diesel Rotary UPS including periodic maintenance on different sites
• Installation, Commissioning and operation and maintenance of Gas Genset upto 1000KVA.
• Machine management: Perform wiring of rotating machinery such as diesel engines and electric motors / alternators
• Modify the wiring of the electrical cabinets.
• Participate in testing and system development of systems.
• Participate in the commissioning of the complete installation of machines.
• Perform customer interviews following established procedures.
• Perform the troubleshooting (mainly electrical) of the installation in operation at the Machines
• Client interventions in order to make the right decision benefits from the support of the entire headquarters team.
• Project Management: Responsible for Execution of electrical (Low Voltage & High Voltage).Prepare work schedules and carrying out resources planning and resources balancing. Estimation, Tendering, Budget preparation, Bill Certification, Contractor Management. Monitoring and controlling of WBS Tasks and prepare progress reports.
• Utility Maintenance: Preventive Planned Maintenance, SOP, and Break down routines, Defect rectification, Testing and Tuning of equipment’s , Approval for Case summary, Vender finalization, Negotiation, AMC Management for Substation, DG plant ,Electrical System.AC Chiller plant.
• Tendering & Procurement: BOQ preparation, Tendering & Specification Finalization. Bidding & Procurement. Planning and Coordinating for procurement of equipment. Identify and develop a reliable vendor base (Vendor Management) for cost effective sourcing of the same. Managing inventory for procurement, service entries and bill checking.
• Liaison/Coordination: Liaising with necessary bodies for statutory requirements and AMC/ARCs. Maintaining excellent relations with higher echelons, Statutory & Regulatory bodies, Vendor & Contractors, Private firms & Government bodies. Coordinating with administration department of group companies and locations to leverage facilities.
• Design coordination: Concept Preparation, Detail Design, DBR and Schematic with Energy Consultant, Architects and structural consultant. Check detailed Estimation for various Services, Design and drawings from Consultants as per government laws and specification
• Team Management: Possesses excellent communication, collaboration and team building skills. A team player with ability in delegating people with complementary skills for maximum team effort and effectively draws the strength of all team members. Understanding of the effective dynamics of team work.
