- Leading the team 8 members team in the Mexico for the nearshore deliverables.
- Developing and delivering GitHub Pipelines for the 100+ applications as part of migration from the Atllassian tools to GitHub Actions.
- Supporting and maintenance of the On-Prem GitHub Runners across Linux,Windows and Cloud .
- Supporting the Docker , Bamboo , BitBucket , JIRA , Nexus and Sonar.
- Developing the automation script for reducing the maintenance window time by 80% using the Shell scripting , Ansible and GitHub workflows.
- Performing the planned/unplanned Diaster recoveries for all the technologies.
- Performing the patching of the Weblogic ,Tomcat and Java JDK for the vulnerabilities remediation for over 2000+ servers.
- Handled writing the pipelines for the Bamboo for the CI/CD and troubleshooting the issues related to them to meet the client deadlines.
- Supported the 500+ developers for using the tools like Nexus , Sonar and BitBucket for the artifacts storing , Code testing and Repo handling.
- Managed the Docker Swarm for the containerization for the hosting the applications.
- Managing the JIRA and Confluence for upgrades and maintenance.
- Performing the security patching of Oracle Weblogic and Apache Tomcat to meet the latest security and vulnerabilities remediation.
- Performing the certificates installations using the Venafi.
- Automating the daily activities by using the shell scripting, Ansible and DevOps workflows .
- Joining the Major/SWAT calls for resolution of the issues which are client critical deliverables.
- Developed the PowerBI dashboard for the Inventory maintenance activities.
- Working on the ServiceNow for the support related activities like Incidents,Service Request,Change Management , Problem Management , CMDB Maintenance .
- Working with multiple infra teams like OS,VmWare and Network teams to identify the issues related Firewall,DNS,Ilimino, OS and hardware issues.
