As a product owner,

• Collaborate closely with the product manager to understand the product roadmap, features and changes in product requirements
• Actively participates in the PI/ Release planning, the PO conveys the vision and goals at the beginning of every Release/PI and Sprint/ Iteration; Prioritizes backlog and supports the release/PI planning and sprint/iteration planning
• Translate the roadmap into manageable product backlog and detail the processes while collaborating with product management, development, delivery, customers, etc
• Brainstormed with peers and other members of design team to determine enhancements and product features.
• Support the development team/scrum teams and provide ongoing early feedback during sprints/ iteration (business clarifications, adjustments for risk, reprioritizations, changes in scope);
• Work with R&D to provide and refine estimations for projects, features, and processes
• Support Focus Teams during sprints
• Review, approve and design all product improvement suggestions raised by Delivery, customers, Support and R&D

As a Process designer,

• Need to understand the requirement and define optimized process using ARIS. Prime responsibility is to define the process across products, people and tools used for NPD (New Product Development).
• The process will include level 1, 2 and 3 detailed level of definition.
• Project runs by Agile timelines and EDRA (Enterprise deal review and approval) process to complete the end to end journey which includes SELL, BUILD and RUN journey.
• Attending multiple project calls and helping product line/managers and operations to capture the process.
• Clear understanding with AGILE process to handle and tackle hybrid working model which includes water fall model.
• Create JIRA stories under right Epic and Feature stories.
• Preparing process design document as output of EDRA 4.
• Managing multiple stakeholders belongs to multiple NPD projects.

As a Service Solution Designer,

•Primary motive of SST and MSS to lure products to be design, develop and build in CSP stack to uplift the Standard of process up to industry standard w.r.t OSS/BSS.
• As a solution designer and system designer to understand the requirement and convert it into solution.
• Attending Design round table (DRT) calls and helping product line and Business Configuration manager to capture the process w.r.t Agile ceremonies.
• Create JIRA stories under right Epic and Feature stories.
• Preparing HLSD document as output of DRT – Sprint 0 timeline.
• As a Service Solution designer (SSD) to help and to translate high level solution document for End to End (E2E) designer.
• Backlog calls are used to generate low level tasks for OSS/BSS components.
• As SSD, it is necessary to pull the various components in to similar understanding of requirement for each squad, Q2O, SD and SA respectively.
• Running DEMO with stakeholders to make sure requirement is met at end of each sprint or at end of complete development of product cycle.

As a Component Designer,

• To understand the requirement elicited from various business channels, Product line and system users
• Try to fit the solution to be system generic rather than business specific
• Responsible to get necessary approval from GUF user/MsfBT user/CS user when solution is arrived
• Need to understand the core remedy work flow between Expedio OM/RM and how tasks are completed
• Analyze the effort for each requirement between multiple technologies (.NET/Remedy/PlSql)

• For any platform led stories need to act as e2e designer and responsible to coordinate with other component designers, provide justification for efforts so that the efforts can be added against IP – investment proposal id
• Prepare mock-up screens and show and tell sessions for stakeholders when UI changes are agreed

As a Component Designer,

• Worked as a rSQE component designer to analyze requirement and assess component impact.

• Acquisition of functional knowledge for better testing.

• It Deals with Customer information like equipment info COMS: circuit related information is generated COMS: Order entry facility for online3270 users
• Coms accept messaging inputs from OS and Order pro
• In this project, user information is validated before order entry is done
