• Studying Project Scope, identifying milestones & Deadlines.
• Preparing Document Control Index and Work Breakdown Structure
• Preparing Piping Design Basis.
• Generating Concept Layouts.
• Generating Yard Rack Plan and Sectional Drawings
• Daily monitoring and reviewing the progress of individual team member.
• Performing Squad check for Other Discipline Documents
• Presenting 30%, 60%, and 90% Model Review with the client and other stakeholders.
• Preparing Tag Closure Report of the Model Reviews.
• Ensuring that all team members have the required information and tools to carry out their tasks effectively.
• Before issuing the deliverables, ensure that the model is clash-free and in accordance with the latest P&ID's and other discipline inputs.
• Checking of Nozzle Orientation Drawing, Piping Layouts, Support Drawings, and Isometrics.
• Checking of IBR Package and Review of Stress Package.
• Preparing Calculation Sheets for Cooling Tower Basin Height and Tank Farm Dyke Wall Height Calculation.
• Preparing and Reviewing BOQs.
• Performing Engineering Check of PMS, VMS, Technical Specifications, Datasheets, Mechanical, Painting, and Insulation Tender.
• Preparing Critical Line List, Hold List, CRS, Need List, Log List.
• Monitoring and Managing Project Schedule with effective Manpower Planning and Manhour control.
• Identifying risk, if any, associated with the project and escalating the same to the project manager.
• Regular follow-ups with the project manager for inputs. From Client/Internal Discipline.
• Coordination with all stakeholders associated with the project.
• Weekly Progress updates to the Discipline Lead/HOD.
