Responsibilities

• Gathering requirements from the products team
• Involved in test case creation and execution on Zephyr
• Conducted thorough root cause analyses on recurring defects, resulting in the implementation of effective corrective actions.
• Finding defects in the application and website and logging bugs in the JIRA
• Monitoring bug status and updating the status after re-testing
• Involved in functionality, system, ad-hoc, and regression testing
• Daily meetings and weekly update meetings are done with the test lead to discuss the status
• Performed FE and BE testing on Desktop, Miste and Mobile APP
• Perform Integration testing including Salesforce, Arango, Elastic
