Job & Responsibilities

• Testing in Earth value and AC & DC 24 hours reading check, coupon installation, soil testing .
• gas pipe line survey and Testing work.
• Installed, maintained and repaired natural gas piping systems for residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
•
Technically handling operation and maintenance in 102.2 MW (76no’s WTG)
•
Worked on induction motors, VFD drives, thyristors IGBT, relays, contactors, HRC fuse, temperature sensors, proximity sensors, vibration sensors.
•
Carrying out breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance and predictive analysis for improve turbine performance and fiber optic cable splicing and laying at the time of turbine connectivity issue and support major breakdown works.
•
To monitoring and prepare the daily generation report and breakdown reports on daily basis.
•
Following safety system as per company protocol and we followed 3s and 5s Quality standards
•
To monitor and troubleshooting the breakdowns in 24*7 for customer satisfactions.· 350Kw&600Kw&1250kw&1500KwTurbines

• · Presently working Technical Engineer (Electrical) in the service department
• · locking after the preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance,
• · Attending All Types of Breakdowns, Modification and Replacements of Damaged accessories in HTLine, yard and Capacitor panel.
• · O&M of 2250KVA Transformer and it's Unit Substation at 120wat's
• · Familiar with HT Equipment Like breaker, Isolator, CT, PT and HT lines.
• · Trouble Shooting for all electrical and mechanical related works
• · Reactive power (RKVAH) Monitoring and maintaining of KVAH 3'/
• · Schedule Service Works and All Type of Breakdowns.· Responsible for providing maintenance, monitoring and performance of all substation equipment’s i.e., especially in Yard equipment’s such as Power Transformers, , SF6 Breakers, CTs and PTs, 33KV VCBs and s, their Control panels, Relay, Isolators, LA, Battery Bank, Fire Extinguishers, Control and relay panels, Energy meters, Earthing systems, Yard lighting.
• · Measuring the BDV value of the transformer oil of individual Power Transformers by BDV kit.
• · Operation and Preventive maintenance, day to day breakdown maintenance, conventional maintaining Daily Monthly & Yearly reports for Technical and generating above reports.

• Attend the service & data’s collecting [Q,B and A Services]
• To attend Q - Service (i.e : check water pump, slip ring and first disk change gear oil and replacement of Greece] Attend Breakdown as per the Procedure.
• New HT line EB and Consumer side Dp Structure & Transformer installation knowledge. (11kv,22kv,33kv)
• Attend the line breakdown as per the Safety guidelines. (i.e.: To Inform HT Electrical Service Team and Sub Station, apply LC and follow the procedures)
• NEPC machine break pad & Generator and Gearbox changing Knowledge.
