• Own AUTOSAR Classic BSW architecture for EV Motor Control Unit ECU platforms with focus on stability, scalability and platform reuse.
• Lead MCAL–BSW–RTE–SWC integration activities and support ECU bring-up, integration debugging and release stabilization.
• Perform AUTOSAR SWC modeling and system configuration (SWC compositions, component instances, connectors, and ARXML authoring/maintenance).
• Drive architecture and implementation decisions for BSW modules including:
  MCAL, OS, EcuM, COM stack, Diagnostics (DCM/DEM), NVM and RTE interface coordination.
• Interface with cross-functional stakeholders (HW/System, integrators, validation teams and suppliers) to resolve platform-level issues and support MCU/peripheral trade-off discussions (cost, performance, memory/peripherals) for platform delivery.
• Develop/support Complex Device Drivers (CDD) for deterministic real-time requirements of EV control.
• Perform defect triage + RCA + impact analysis, implement fixes and ensure regression stability in SIL/HIL environments.
• Lead a team of engineers with task breakdown, planning, reviews (requirements/design/code), mentoring and risk management.
• Ensure ASPICE aligned execution: traceability, reviews, and evidence preparation for audits and quality gates.

• Analyze and author software requirements using IBM DOORS, maintaining audit-ready traceability.
• Participate in release planning, estimate work packages, and manage technical dependencies across modules.
• Create software architecture and detailed design documents for AUTOSAR-related modules.
• Implement features in C for DiagInf module including OBD PID services and InfoTypes as per SAE J1979 / ISO 15031-5.
• Configure interfaces between RTE ports and BSW Diagnostics modules; support OBD on UDS protocol identification.
• Define test specifications and execute software qualification tests on HIL benches.
• Execute unit testing, static analysis, code coverage improvement, and support peer code reviews.
• Perform defect analysis, prepare RCA reports, impact analysis and bugfix planning, and deliver integration software releases with documentation.

• Delivered safety-critical brake ECU software for iBooster Gen2, ESP Gen9.2 and IPB Gen10 programs.
• Integrated security software modules in ASIL-D context, supporting implementation, verification and compliance with ISO 26262 process expectations
• Performed AUTOSAR configuration using EB tresos for VW OEM requirements (CSM, CRY, CRYIF).
• Configured DEM (DTCs, degradation states, failure word) and supported ODX creation / diagnostics data lists for OEM delivery.
• Supported ECU validation using OEM tools (ODIS), test reporting, V&V support and defect closure for release readiness.
