• Assignment at NEC is as under:

1. SRPT (SMBC Bank, NEC Singapore) The project is about the Standardization of Remittance Phase 1 which replaces the current Singapore remittance system CRS. Both system platforms are operational workflows for SWIFT and will be standardized in APAC region. Various channels for a banking application are also integrated in this application. Following types of testing were performed to test the application: 

- Integration Testing 

- End user testing 

- Web services testing

- Functional Testing 

- UI Testing - Regression Testing 

- Boundary Value analysis 

- Database Testing 

- Gateway testing

2. Industrial Visits (SMBC Bank, NEC Singapore) 

I got experience to work closely with clients. I have been on-site in Singapore, for three times for SRPT (SMBC Bank, NEC Singapore) The first visit was in order to perform Integration testing with NEC Apac(Asia Pacific). The second visit was on the client side (Disaster Management office) for transferring knowledge to the client about the application developed and perform UAT with the clients. The third visit was to perform the testing of the CRs. 

3. Ecommerce project. Involved in the end to end testing of the project developed by our vendor and delivered the same to the client independently. 

4. Logistics project. Involved in execution of various CRs, TC authoring, TC reviewing, mentoring juniors, knowledge transfer sessions with respect to the business logic of the project. Key responsibility area: Understanding client briefs effectively and incorporating the same in avoiding lack of coverage in the test case authoring. 

5. Payment Services in UKG Involved in execution of Test Cases, TC authoring on Test Rail, TC reviewing. Writing performance test scripts. Creating utilities for test data creation on Java. Testing UKG Payroll product. Writing integration tests on NUnit framework. Monitoring using Grafana and Kibana. Worked on a POC by integrating Performance testing scripts written on Locust with Grafana dashboard.
