• Stability Testing:

1. Perform stability tests on cosmetic samples under controlled conditions (both real-time and accelerated)

2. Evaluate color, odor, pH value, viscosity, texture, emulsion stability, acid value, peroxide value, total fatty matter, moisture content, active Ingredients & many other stability indicating parameters.

3. Monitor signs of separation or phase changes.

4. Assess the compatibility between product contents and packaging materials.

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

• Documentation and Reporting:

1. Maintain detailed records of stability studies maintaining GDP.

2. Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

3. Prepared presentations summarizing the results of research projects.

4. Led team meetings, project reviews, and status updates with senior management staff.

• Competitor Sample Analysis
  Analyzing benchmark samples to provide a brief idea about the tentative product base composition & INCI list decoding & a framework of percentage of actives present.
• Laboratory Chemical Inventory Management
• ATP, STP & SOP writing and reviewing
• Stability protocol reviewing

• Sampling of raw materials
• Testing & Release of RM/BULK/ FP
• Documentation, maintain log book and consumption records
• Working in strong cGMP & GLP environment
• Analyzing powder, oral liquid and suspension formulations.

• Sampling, analysis, Testing, release, related documentation and other Quality Control functions in respect of RM/PM/Finished goods/ in process
• To calibrate analytical instruments/equipments etc
• To maintain log books of instruments & consumption records of chemicals
• To prepare analytical reports and certificates of analysis

• Sampling, testing documentation of RM/PM
• Calibration of Instruments
• To conduct stability studies of Finished Product (Real time & Accelerated studies)
• Handling BMR & BPR.
