• Increase “channel footprints” by appointing new channel partners ( Distributors and Direct Dealers) and opening up new markets to enhance reach in that specific market
• Plan & execute inputs to facilitate achievement of sales within the budgets planned
• To manage and co-ordinate with the Channel Partners in the assigned area and assist them in secondary sales
• Increase of “Retail footprints” for appliances business in designated branches to strengthen the reach of the categories
