- Doing timely payment of booked invoices & Share the payment advice with the respective department or vendors.
- Maintain tracker of received invoices for timely payment & to avoid a double payment etc.
- Collect bills & Book those expenses incurred from CEO & CFO credit card.
- Collect monthly provision from various department & submit those provisions to the controller team for booking & Maintain a monthly provision sheet for invoice booking.
- Perform the various Ad hoc task as assigned by the reporting manager.
