Working as Business Analyst (techno functional role) in MATM (Micro ATM) team.

• Developing and documenting business requirements: Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, gathering and documenting user requirements and developing test strategies.
• Infra Upgradation: Worked and successfully delivered upgradation of OS Version from RHEL 6.2 to RHEL 8.8 in all instances including SIT, UAT, Pre Production and Production for MATM processes which includes Tablet Application for Account opening (Onboarding Processes), Transactions(ONUS and OFFUS), Aadhar Seeding and De-seeding, Service Requests, Batch Jobs processing etc.
• Monitoring process: Responsible for data monitoring and handling production issues.
• Compliance Handling: Responsible for closure of VA and CA on Infra and Application which includes PT Observations, App Sec observations and ensuring to get them closed in timely manner every quarter.

Cerence is a product based company with the product Cerence Assistant which is basically an conversational AI Assistant used in EVs all around the world.

Projects:

• Toyota CY-21: Worked as Software Developer for Toyota in cloud team based out in Montreal, Canada in Dialog Development using Type Script and have elementary working knowledge of NLU. Responsible for developing new requirement and handling bugs and issues related to weather, phone, navigation and radio domain in Typescript in Cerence clouds for US, Europe and Japan region.
• Vinfast: Auto Expo Project and worked in embedded team on the implementation of test cases from dialog side using Type Script and decision tables.
• Denso Subaru CP25: Worked with Denso Subaru project in embedded team and done implementation of phone domain dial functionality in dialog side using Type Script and decision tables and responsible for implementing and designing radio domain in Microsoft Visio 2010 at customer’s end.

Product based company with the product PromptHR, a HRMS software providing HR solutions having various modules like Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, PMS to clients based in India.
