• Review Tax computations and provisions of Banking sector portfolio clients, which includes end to end process from initiating client calls for kick off meetings until signing off signed account and submission of returns to HMRC within the deadline period.
• Advise clients on recent changes in tax rules along with important tax rules which will help them to make better tax planing.
• Manage set of own portfolio clients to provide exceptional client services.
• As a point of contact for client/onshore team/junior staff, there are many responsibilities to perform to continue the process smoothly, communication is key in these roles where we have regular client calls, internal calls to update status and understand client expectations and pass on same to junior team members.
• Providing on the job training to junior staff, conduct training sessions on tax topics and advanced tax topics in the off busy season period.

• My role in the firm involved end-to-end tax rerun process from requesting initial information from client until submission of returns to HMRC.
• Reviewed more that 120 real estate tax computations and provisions which are part of my client allocation model also I was the point of contact for most of the clients.
• My role involved review of group level matters like, CIR, group relief and sometimes sending letters to HMRC for repayments on behalf of clients.
• Provided tax technical and technological training sessions to new joiners. Managed 6 appraisees by providing on time support all the time.

• My role involved in review of complex/medium/small corporate tax computations along with tax disclosures, which includes the review of statutory accounts, tax packs, questionnaires and trial balance provided by the client.
• I manage pilot clients which includes driving the end-to-end tax return process, advising client on various tax issues until submission to HMRC. Recently started assisting tax reporting team to prepare group signed accounts, reviewed various country entities tax packs as a part of tax reporting process.
• My role also involved coaching, developing and mentoring junior staff as a counsellor, assisting service line leaders, taking training sessions for the new joiners and make them comfortable on tax technical concepts.
• I have been involved in reviewing tax computations and returns by analyzing the trial balance, tax packs, profit and loss account, balance sheet, tangible and intangible fixed assets additions, disposals and depreciation, investments etc.
• In addition, as a part of specialist team I have been involved in reviewing partnership, non-profit making and non-resident land lord returns.
• Analysis of capital allowances reports for the current year fixed asset additions.
• Supporting the UK engagement teams by undertaking tax compliance work for the various offices across the United Kingdom. It covers London, Birmingham, Cambridge, Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow offices.
