As an Urbanist with a futurist vision, I am confident about my ability to be a multitasker with a superior work ethic, good teamwork, problem-solving and organizational skills. I practice architecture and am currently pursuing Master’s in Urban Planning from CEPT University. I am looking forward to seeking and maintaining a full-time position that offers professional challenges, utilizing interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills by working closely with the companies and use that opportunity to its fullest.

1. Analysis of Land Use Transportation Integration around Metro Rail Stations of Ahmedabad & Lucknow Directed Research Project (CEPT UNIVERSITY, SEM-4 Currently Pursuing)
The study's main objective is to evaluate Lucknow's metro stops in order to make the neighbourhood much more pedestrian-friendly. Currently, the UP government is putting forth a new TOD strategy. Understanding the fundamental elements of the urban scale in depth is necessary for this research.

2. “Land Pooling Scheme for the capital city of INDIA” UERP Studio (CEPT UNIVERSITY, SEM-3)
A studio project detailed towards preparing a TP scheme for an area in Delhi which followed the Delhi government ‘Land pooling’ scheme. The map was prepared with consideration the new laws and making a new policy which can be a guiding principle for the city of Delhi.

3. “Planning a Better Living Environment in Twin Cities” DP Studio (CEPT UNIVERSITY SEM-2) During full semester studio, a Development Plan was made for the two industrial twin cities (Bharuch & Ankeleshwar) of Gujarat. To fulfil all factors, including industries, housing, & living standards, the required constraints were considered to make this Development plan.

4. “Maninagar: A Conservative Neighbourhood.” Understanding the city (CEPT UNIVERSITY SEM-1) As a part of the master’s foundation studio, a detailed study of 1 Sq.Km area situated in the neighbourhood of Maninagar, a southern part of Ahmedabad, was done with the goal to understand the deferent level of urban elements and with possible improvements in future.

5. “100 Bedded Cancer Hospital Muzaffarpur, Bihar” (Undergraduate Thesis)
Being in the completion of my bachelor’s degree, a design problem was undertaken with designing a cancer hospital on the campus of the medical college Muzaffarpur, Bihar. It involved a detailed study of the design and working of hospital and guidelines of MCI, NBCI.

6. “Detailed study of 1 km stretch of Krishna Nagar, Lucknow.” (Detailed Urban Design Study)
A detailed group study of the area was performed where in the street, built form, public/green spaces, and public jobs were considered in the Parameters. This were detailed further to form a model to understand and document the area for implementation.
