Client, based out of UK runs a large Wallet service built on native mobile apps (Android & iOS) supported by multiple on prem standalone applications wanted to migrate to the Temenos SaaS offering replacing multiple existing systems with Transact and the existing mobile apps built on Infinity Mobile – Fabric and Visualizer
Client has also applied for an Electronic Money Institute license with the UK regulator. The second project for this client involves a greenfield implementation of Transact Retail Banking on Temenos SaaS. Other Temenos projects involved in this engagement are TPH, FCM, TDH.
- Primed the Discovery session with the client – to understand the AS IS Payment wallet business flows covering the end to end applications; setup multiple sessions with the relevant business owners and understand the existing processes
- Identify Applications that can be transformed into Transact and applications that needs to be built on Infinity platform
- Collate High Level Gaps list and setup successive sessions with the Temenos CIO consultants on solutioning
- Managed multiple functional teams – across Transact, TPH, Infinity and FCM capabilities. Projects executed with high level of efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Developed and maintained strong relationships with clients, resulting in increased business opportunities.
- Plan, monitor and execute PLW sessions – for the Electronic Money Institute, with the Client SMEs
- Part of the team that conceptualized and designed an enhanced/detailed Customer Onboarding Journey covering Ultimate Beneficiary Owner (UBO) which was not available in the base product

- Manage an entire squad dealing in Fixed income and Structured Notes related developments

Project SIP (Structured Investment Program) was aimed at implementing a new investment platform for Wealth & International arm of LBG with the aim of providing improved client services through an automated portfolio rebalancing, tax efficient investments, and more straight through processes for middle and back-office. Lloyds Bank International chose ARC IB (the proprietary Internet Banking product) from Temenos to provide Internet Banking solution for its International Retail Banking businesses
- Reviewing functional and technical specifications for the core and local developments
- Participating in the definition and playback sessions being responsible with challenging the solutions proposed by the vendor and ensuring they cover the requirements correctly
- Participate in Business Workshops and plan for System Integration IT landscape with multiple interfaces
- During UAT, assumed the role of UAT test manager at Onsite and managed the UAT testers from the Bank
- Provide Functional guidance to the Business testers during UAT
