Description : Meridian Cooperative is an enterprise solution provider that delivers flexible leading-edge software, services, and technology to utility providers across the US. With solutions ranging from consumer billing and finance to IT, GIS, advanced analytics, cybersecurity, and operations, their enterprise suite provides the tools that utilities need to manage business from the office to the field efficiently and securely.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Well-versed in the working principles and applications of advanced interactive voice respond (IVR) systems.

· Analyzed business requirements and functional documents, created the test strategy document to define the test environment, phases of testing, entry and exit criteria for different phases of testing and resources required to conduct the effort.

· Drafted Test Plan which included testing objectives, testing phases, scenarios and test environment after a thorough analysis of the business rules.

· Provide inputs to Designers & Product Managers and ensure that BRs cover all the essential information for the appropriate module.

· Validate Database entries using SQL queries in SQL developer & MS SQL server.

· Design, create, modify test cases & perform Smoke, Functional, UAT, Integration & regression testing for UPN, Service link, Mobile FSR (Field technician app), Mobile app & Portal applications.

· Independently designed the test scripts and executed them in accordance with QA methodology.

· Performed Level 3 analysis for any production/UAT issues and determined root cause.

· Coordinate with the development team & provide support while analyzing PL/SQL, .NET code.

· Handling defect triage and defect analysis and resolution meetings with Development, Business and other teams.

· Capture (FTP) First Time pass %, DRE (Defect Removal efficiency) for every release and discuss the same with Project Managers to increase value.

· Identifying issues, risks and mitigation plan for the same.

· Automated the regression suite of payments and Service Order flow using Ranorex.

· Automated the regression suite of Billing & Portal module using Ranorex.

Description : Meridian is a project of USA, which has a combination of 2 modules which are CIS (Consumer Information System) and FIS (Financial Information System).

This makes the process of Electric, Gas, Fiber and Water connections and produces the bills, taxes, and multiple reports. This is the UPN project upgrade.

Role & Responsibilities:

· Understanding Requirement and design document.

· Identifying various test scenarios.

· Executing functional and regression test cases as per the test plan.

· Hosting Build in Local and production server, Taking Database backup,

· Restore Database, Taking and executing Scripts.

· Posting requirement clarification, raising bugs, and tracking till closure.

· Responsible for sending the status report at the end of the day daily.

· Highlighting the Issues, risks that are causing project to be delayed.

· Responsible for interacting with teams of different systems and ensure that there is no delay.

Project Summary:

E-Auction Pro is an E-Commerce site fused with an Auction facility provided to the end user. This application is based on Customer-to-Customer business model. Main objective of this application is online auctioning of products. In this application, the user logs into the site and places a product open for auction and can also buy items by participating in bids, the highest bidder gets to purchase the product. This application has a wide variety of category index, which helps the user to place and search for products more precisely. E-Auction Pro has a unique feature that allows buyers to communicate with the sellers with a dedicated messaging module.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Established an automated test environment for UI and non-UI testing.

· Reviewed the test cases and identified which test cases to be automated.

· Converted identified test cases into automation scripts, review and enhance the scripts if required.

· Performed IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Testing to detect user-defined digits, send DTMF digits in response to voice prompts, tones, and play/record voice files.

· Identify the defects and report the same to developers while keeping the test lead informed.

· Provided Enhancement to project based on end-user perspective.

· Reviewed the tasks given internally and externally to the team members.
