Key Achievements :
- Collaborating with the client to understand their reporting requirements and identifying the most suitable data sources, which for this project includes the tables ProductLaunchData, MarketAnalysis, CustomerFeedback.
- Developing the queries to extract the relevant data from the source systems and ensuring that data is clean, accurate and appropriate for the analysis.
- Designing and developing the reports using Power BI visuals, such as bar charts and pie charts, and developing dashboards/scorecards with interactive elements to allow end-users to explore and interact with the data.
- Selecting the appropriate KPIs such as Launch Revenue, Market Share, and Customer Engagement, to accurately measure the performance and penetration of Tech Innovate Electronic's products in the market.
- Incorporating E-Commerce Sales Insight data to provide additional insights for online sales strategies.
- Ensuring that the reports are delivered on time and to a high standard, and providing documentation and training to end-users on how to use the reports.

These objectives are achieved by analyzing loan applications, customer profiles, and loan performance data and presenting insights on loan origination, approval time, default rate, loan value distribution, and customer satisfaction using the Loan Origination Analysis Dashboard. The project successfully streamlined the loan approval process and reduced the approval time by 30%.
Key Achievements :
- The project aimed to reduce the loan approval time. The team achieved this objective by using a Loan Origination Analysis Dashboard, which helped identify bottlenecks in the process and streamline it. They were able to reduce the approval time by 30%.
