Client - Deutsche Bank
Deutsche Bank send a report to Pre-confirm the Fixed income Trades with the client. Client has additional requested to send an Excel report as soon as a trade is booked. In line with this, Deutsche Bank needs to provide a trade data cut to them via email so they can perform trade matching internally. It’ll be an output file in an Excel format containing all the existing information we send in the current fax/email confirmation as well as other fields such as cusip, both party’s SSI and trade status etc. Currently the process is managed manually using macros. Team spends about 2-3 hrs per day on SAFE Reporting. Trade volume is expected to rise in next 2 months. Incremental volume is expected to consume significant effort of the team.

Barclays is being developed as the strategic cash management tool for Barclays to service the corporate customer base. Delivery of Barclays.Net has been split into a number of distinct releases where a part in Release 2 is. For Release 2 the delivery of Barclays.Net will include the functionality relevant to support a national launch of the product, and as such, will initiate a process to migrate customers from existing channels (BIB and BM). To support this process and to minimize the customer impact, tool is being that utilizes automated processes in order to migrate customers from BIB and BM to Barlcays.Net.
