- Detailing of Cost Estimation of Chemical Equipment Such as Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessels,and Separators Etc.
- Preparing BOQ from given drawing and datasheet and make a proper estimation base on received quote of bought out items , raw material price, labor rate of manufacturing & operational activity such as forming, surface treatment, cleaning activity ,rolling ,heat treatment etc.
- Responsible to proper bidding to the local as well as international client and submit proper technical & commercial bid of firm and tender enquiry on time.
- Also basic knowledge of required machining for rotating spares such as horizontal as well as vertical machine, milling machine, drilling machining, etc.
- Arrange Kick off meeting for awarded purchase order.
- Release budget of new order and compare with actual at the end of execution order.
- Basic design of pressure vessel and heat exchange in software with help of design department insftware such as PV elite, Pipe Data, Auto cad etc.
- Budget Monitoring & Controlling.
- Equipment, Structure & Piping drawing review.
- Managing reports and necessary documentation.
- Implementing procedures & policies aligned with quality & safety standard.
- Manage changes to the project scope, schedule & cost as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Establish & maintain relationship with external vendors for equipment, machinery & new modifications.
- Identify the issues for any delay in project completion & resolve the same in coordination with functional heads & other concerned department.
- Monitor & analyze the current project implementation procedure by relevant studies of activities done during detailing phase.
